Trainer workshop at Zischka tennis trips - lived and successful team building including further training

Before the tennis travel season in the Zischka destination in Croatia really starts, Bernd Ochensberger , managing director of the tour operator Hannes Zischka Tennis internal workshop every year . Two days were worked on near Graz to swear the increasing team to the new season, to present the new offers and to exchange ideas. Bernd is also particularly important to continue the continued qualification. New training shapes for group training were presented on the tennis court and the trainers on the Padel Court grabbed the somewhat shorter rackets. Lectures on topics such as fitness training or psychological influencing factors in tennis training rounded off the successful event. In our interview with him, you will find out why and why this qualification workshop at Bernd is so important. So much is certain: there is never a standstill at Zischka and we just find that great. Because all vacation guests benefit from this who spend a tennis vacation in the various destinations in Croatia.

 Bernd, what goals do you pursue with the workshop for your coaches and campliters taking place every year before the start of the season?

The aim of this workshop is to present and explain news in our program and in our offer. On the other hand, it is also about bringing the whole team together and integrating new trainers and getting to know each other.

 Your speakers come from your own ranks on the one hand. On the other hand, there are always external speakers. Why do you focus on this mixture?

We have colleagues who have been there for a long time and I try to offer variety with new speakers. If possible, each of our trainers and campassers should find something in the program that is particularly interesting.

 What was your personal workshop highlight this year?

There were some: we were much more at the tennis court than in previous years. We also actively played Padel. Yes and the lecture by Patrick Frottier (actually a forensic psychiatrist) was simply mega! He spoke about the question of why people actually attend tennis courses. Very interesting!

 What innovations can Zischka guests in 2025 look forward to?

We are very serious to keep our level and to be able to integrate some new colleagues.
