Our last TennisTraveller exclusive camp in 2024 was another absolute camp highlight! Under the motto “Tennis ON FIRE” we were guests at the Hotel zum Mohren in Reutte in Tyrol from November 14th to 17th, 2024. Of course, the participants were on fire during the three-day tennis training with Andreas Gerstgrasser and I's Pro Tennis School. It was particularly hot during the cardio tennis, which made everyone sweat profusely and ensured a good atmosphere, but also sore muscles. But that's not all: we also put together a wonderful, "hot" supporting program away from the tennis court. The camp was timed so that it coincided with one of the absolute event highlights in Reutte. At the opening of "Reutte on Ice" rocked with Beatrice Egli and various DJs, at Ehrenberg Castle we immersed ourselves in the world of lights of the LuMagica and were able to enjoy a gourmet menu with wine accompaniment in the hotel. All in all, once again a very special exclusive camp that all participants really enjoyed. And like in the previous exclusive camps, we were a wonderful group, had a lot to talk about and laugh about - we were almost always "ON FIRE". You can find out what it looked like on the four days of camp and what we experienced in my travel report here. The excellent participant feedback made the hotel, the Pro Tennis School and of course me especially happy!

Reducing pain with a small plaster - should that work? To be honest, that was my first thought when Torsten told me about the SuperPatches. But the more detailed he explained how the plasters worked, the more I became very curious. Because non-invasive and drug-free pain relief makes more sense to me than taking painkillers. The Super Patch plasters are intended to positively support and influence various areas through tactile stimuli. There are not only pain patches, but a total of 12 different SuperPatches to increase performance and well-being. In my interview with Torsten Bonacker you will find out how the super patches work, where and how they are used and why they can be particularly interesting for us tennis players. What we can't miss, of course: the self-test and our very personal conclusion about the product. And since we are introducing the SuperPatches to you here today, you are absolutely correct in assuming that we found the patches to be good. Are you curious now too? Then read on quickly - have fun!
It is a great pleasure and honor for us to have Dr. To introduce Sebastian Altfeld to our new mental expert Sebastian is a sports psychologist and psychotherapist and supports various competitive and professional athletes from different sports in dealing with performance pressure, stress and high demands. “Perform when the conditions are not optimal” and “be comfortable to feel uncomfortable” are his mottos. In the interview you will find out more about Sebastian, about typical stressful situations in tennis and how you can deal with them. Sebastian is also co-developer of the online program Ready2Perform , which we will also briefly introduce to you in the interview. Because we are convinced that you can improve your skills in dealing with pressure with this program, and not just in tennis. We are really looking forward to “working on” many more mental topics for you with Sebastian in the future. Because no matter what level: mental strength is so important!

vibration dampers on the market and each of you will definitely have your own preferences. Vibration dampers generally reduce string vibrations, making the impact of the ball quieter and protecting your arms and joints in the long term. We once asked Andreas Maurer, former No. 24 in the ATP world rankings and German Davis Cup player with Boris Becker, whether he prefers a damper and has a tip for you.
Tennis & Golf - this was the motto of the TennisTraveller exclusive camp in the Aktivhotel Marko on Lake Klopein in Carinthia from October 2nd - 6th, 2024 . The fact that both the topic and the destination met with great interest was also demonstrated by the internationality of the participants. These came from Sweden, Belgium, Switzerland, Austria and Germany. Also a sign that our camp philosophy of constantly changing camp focuses and camp destinations is hitting the mark. Even though the weather gods in Carinthia were really not kind to us, we had a very varied time with lots of tennis, golf, other activities and great conversations. And the international, diverse tennis travel group turned out to be a more than fun team that defied the bad weather with good spirits and lots of humor! And all of this in a host hotel where we felt really comfortable. You can find out what it looked like during the five days of camp and what we experienced in our travel report here. The hotel, the Klopeiner See Tennis School and I were particularly happy about the excellent participant feedback!
I'm an advanced beginner and don't really know much about strings or tension. Which string, which type of string and which average tension do you recommend? Should it also be taken into account how old you are and whether you are a woman or a man?
In addition to tennis hotels and camp organizers, I am always interested in the people who work in the hotels or camps or who move in various ways in the big, wide and diverse world of tennis. I always find it incredibly exciting to hear how they came to their company, what drives them and where they want to go! To be honest, I was really looking forward to my interview with Boris Krumm . Boris is one of the tennis veterans and is also referred to by some as a “tennis rocker”. In an interview with me, Boris lets us look behind the scenes and sheds some light on the “dark”: who is actually behind Bidi Badu, Toolz, Balls Unlimited and other well-known brands? All brands belong to Spodeco GmbH , where Boris is the managing director and owner. In the interview, which you can follow in both text form and video, he also reveals, for example, what the collaboration with the shop giant Tennis-Point looks like and where he prefers to play. An extremely relaxed and pleasant conversation that you will certainly enjoy listening to!
And a big, exclusive TennisTraveller discount of 22 percent is waiting for everyone who wants to order something colorful and cool from the Bidi Badu shop.
What do you do as a tennis-loving teenager after you finish school? This question is asked not only by prospective school graduates, but also by their parents. Especially when the training and studies need to be combined well with the oh-so-loved and intensively practiced tennis. If you, as a school graduate or as a parent, feel addressed now, we would like to welcome you to the Student-Athlete Fair from September 23rd to 24th. Recommend October 2024 The Keystone Sports can be compared to a kind of “study and career orientation fair” for all young tennis players. What study path and opportunities are there as a student athlete at a US college, and what do student athletes' career paths actually look like after they graduate? Many such questions will be answered at the Student-Athlete Fair by experts, athletes and professionals from the sports industry. The diverse trade fair will certainly be a helpful orientation building block for the future.
And best of all: the Athlete-Student Fair is completely free! There's only one thing to do: block an appointment and register quickly!
