Who of you doesn't know this? There isn't quite as much playing and training over the winter, the fitness program is more likely to be canceled rather than taking place, and the tennis body gets a bit rusty. Yes, and then suddenly it's here, quite unexpectedly: the opening of the clay court season!
Whether in the training camp on Malle or at home: as soon as you step out onto the red ash, you start training like crazy, man or woman is hot too! And hey presto: from a certain age - and I speak from experience - it quickly starts to ache and twitch, a strain in the thigh, the back or the shoulder no longer cooperate - you need to see a doctor or physio!

Mike Diehl, the FED Cup fitness coach, Tabata-style workouts for you that will not only get or keep your body in shape, but will also strengthen exactly the muscle groups you need on the clay court. You will receive a Tabata every two weeks, which you can then complete at home alone, with your teammates or with your family. You just have to DO it YOURSELF!
