And now let's start with the description:
The Wilson Tour Traveler is the new 2018 model . The basic color is a stylish dark anthracite. The red Wilson logo as well as some red zippers and decorative seams create a colorful eye-catcher. If you open the bag, you will see the completely red interior.
Even if the travel bag isn't a colorful highlight, it's not "just" black, but rather stands out from the travel bags from Dunlop and Yonex .
The feel of the material is slightly roughened and very soft , but still makes a very durable impression.
The telescopic handle can be extended in two steps up to a maximum of 30 cm at the push of a button - runs cleanly, quietly and smoothly. The rubber wheels are well integrated into the hard base of the travel bag. The bottom of the travel bag is well reinforced with two plastic strips so that rackets can be easily transported in the bag. On the opposite side of the telescopic handle, a sturdy plastic handle makes it easy to lift the bag or pull it back and forth.
The bag has two carrying handles that can be velcroed together - so the bag can also be picked up and carried using the handle.
If you place the bag on the side with the wheels, it stands beautifully on the reinforced floor even when unloaded and does not tip over.
The Wilson travel bag is really quite large. The basic dimensions in brief: 84 cm long, 38 cm wide and 38 cm high. The volume of the travel bag 121 liters .
The bag weighs 4 kilos unloaded - but it seems much heavier to me when I lift it.
Wilson really put some thought into the division of the bag. Starting with the shoe compartment and the small outside pocket on the long side of the bag.
Inside the bag, two removable partitions allow you to quickly create a little more or less order inside depending on your luggage. The dividers can be put on or removed with Velcro - it's really clever! However, I don't know how the Velcro fasteners will hold up over the "travel time" and whether they might not hold up quite as well over time.
