The fact that gentle strengthening exercises, relaxation and meditation techniques are a perfect match for tennis is nothing new . Yoga, Pilates and meditation are omnipresent in the professional sector, but they also offer a lot of potential for every amateur player that can pay off not only on the tennis court. Many camp organizers have now recognized this and offer holistic tennis camps in which, in addition to tennis, there is also a lot of stretching, strengthening and yes, even meditation.
