This year, ATP Tennis on the Rhine & Ruhr will again be held in the Meerbusch TeReMeer from August 6th to August 13th, 2023.
The complex offers optimal facilities and has proven to be the perfect host. Spacious stands and spectator seats, three optimal tournament courts and plenty of space for catering, organizing teams and exhibitor areas speak for themselves. This year, in contrast to previous years, the organizer is giving out significantly more prize money. Instead of 55,000 US dollars, 75,000 US dollars are now advertised. “Meerbusch has made a great name for himself in the ATP calendar,” says Marc Raffel (certified sports teacher, DTB A coach and ex-Bundesliga player).
The organizer is taking a very special measure in times of inflation, as ticket prices are reduced by an average of around 5 euros per day ticket.
“People currently have less in their wallets, which is why we decided to take this step,” says Raffel. The supporting program now includes the WC Special tournament for a place in the qualification on Saturday, August 5th, the Kids and Family Day on Tuesday, August 8th, and the ATP Business Night on Thursday, August 10th. as well as the tournament party on Saturday, August 12th, 2023. For all partners and sponsors the final will take place on Sunday, August 13th. a ProAm tournament.
