Terms of use for raffles and competitions by TennisTraveller

The raffles and competitions are carried out by TennisTraveller . Participation in competitions and raffles on and via TennisTraveller is only possible if these conditions of participation are adhered to.

Participation requirements

All adults, legally competent, natural persons and minors with the consent of their legal representatives are fully eligible to participate. Legal recourse is excluded.

The competition/raffle

Participants must meet the conditions listed in the respective raffle or competition entry in order to take part in the draw. The service listed in the entry will be raffled off. The duration of the competition and the time of the raffle will be published in the respective post.

Profit

The winner will be notified via message after the raffle. The prize, if it is a non-cash prize, will be delivered free of charge within 14 days of the winner's response. If the winner does not respond to our message within 3 days, the prize will be forfeited.

If it is a TennisTraveller hotel test stay, a hotel, camp or travel voucher, the winners should contact us within 3 days, otherwise the prize will be forfeited. The same applies if the winner does not make a reservation with the TennisTraveller Hotel within 14 days.

A cash payout of the winnings is under no circumstances possible.

The participants' personal data remains with TennisTraveller and will not be passed on to third parties unless the prize is not dispatched by TennisTraveller . Participation via competition services and participation via automated competition robots is not permitted.

Important to know: The winner allows TennisTraveller to publish his name (if desired in a shortened form, but at least with the first name) on his online media in connection with the prize draw or competition. In addition, the winner allows the publication of images that are directly related to the prize or the hotel test stay. The winner must ensure that the images provided do not infringe the rights of third parties.

Exclusion from participation

The TennisTraveller is entitled to exclude participants from further participation in the prize draw or competition at any time for important reasons. An important reason exists in particular if a participant has provided false personal information when taking part, if he tries to manipulate, disrupt or influence the competition or the proper course of the game or if he threatens or harasses TennisTraveller employees. If the conditions for exclusion are met, winnings can also be subsequently withdrawn and reclaimed.

Early termination of the raffle or competition

TennisTraveller reserves the right to end the competition prematurely before the end of the planned playing period. He will make use of this option in particular if proper execution of the game is no longer guaranteed for technical reasons (e.g. manipulation or errors in the hardware or software) or legal reasons.

2. Validity

3. Deployment

2. Furthermore, webtelligent does not guarantee that the content displayed on the TennisTraveller platform is free of viruses and/or other codes/data arrangements that may have a destructive or detrimental effect. The user is responsible for protecting their devices.

3. In the case of contractual or non-contractual claims, webtelligent is only liable for damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent actions as well as for damages resulting from slightly negligent violations of such obligations that make the proper execution of a contract existing with the user in question possible and are based on their fulfillment Contractual partner can therefore trust (cardinal obligations). 8. Data protection

1. webtelligent takes the issue of data protection very seriously. Any personal data provided by the user via the TennisTraveller website will be used in accordance with applicable data protection regulations and our privacy policy .

3. Reading, storing or passing on personal data of other users for purposes other than intended use is prohibited. 

Terms of use for posting hotel and camp reviews (= user content)

1. Publication option

1. webtelligent grants the user (revocable at any time) the opportunity to publish certain content (see point 5) on TennisTraveller so that other users can access it. This option is generally provided free of charge; exceptions require a separate agreement.

2. The requirements for the publication of such content, in particular the specification and confirmation of an email address assigned to the user, arise from the respective functionality of the TennisTraveller platform and can be designed and changed by webtelligent at any time at its own discretion.

3. The minimum age for posting user content is 14 years.

2. Obligations of the user

1. The user undertakes not to post any content that:

• are untrue,
• insult, threaten, coerce, defame, glorify violence,
• are pornographic, detrimental to young people, racist, inciting or otherwise criminal/unlawful in nature,
• Violate the rights of third parties, e.g. copyright, trademark, patent, trademark or ancillary copyright rights, personal rights, data protection rights or property rights.

2. When using the TennisTraveller portal, no user may send or store on a webtelligent data carrier any data that, due to their type or nature, size or number, is likely to impair the functioning of webtelligent's or third-party computer systems or to encroach on their rights violate (e.g. viruses, Trojans, spam emails, etc.).

3. Users are not permitted to send advertising to other users or third parties via the TennisTraveller platform. This also applies to setting links. 4. With regard to hotel and camp reviews (including evaluative statements in comments, image comments, images or videos), the user undertakes in particular to:

• to ensure that your rating is accurately and correctly assigned to a hotel, camp or other service,
• to only submit a review if they themselves have used the service being reviewed,
• not to submit a review or post a picture/video if he is the owner or employee of the hotel or camp organizer being reviewed,
• not to make false statements of fact about hotels/camps, people present there, processes or other circumstances/events there,
• not to make any value judgments that focus on personal defamation or that are primarily intended to serve a purpose other than giving other tennis travelers an authentic impression of a hotel/camp or other service and related circumstances,
• not to violate the personal rights of other people through identifying representations in posted texts.

5. If a user violates these terms of use, webtelligent is entitled to delete or block content without notifying the user and without giving reasons. The same applies if there is sufficient suspicion of such violations. All other rights and claims remain unaffected.

3. Granting of rights

1. With regard to all content posted by the user, the user grants webtelligent the right to store and reproduce this user content free of charge on a non-exclusive basis and to post it anywhere on the TennisTraveller platform or in other media for which it is responsible, such as. Publish on social media platforms or in the newsletter.

2. The user guarantees that he is the owner of the necessary rights, in particular the copyrights, to the user content in order to grant webtelligent the rights in accordance with paragraph (1). It is the sole responsibility of the user to acquire the necessary rights to upload the user content to webtelligent's offering. As a rule, a user only has the necessary rights if they have created the relevant content themselves.

3. The granting of rights in accordance with paragraph 1 is valid for an unlimited period of time, provided that the user of webtelligent does not provide evidence of circumstances that would make continued retrieval of the content unreasonable in the future (e.g. due to serious disadvantages).

4. Indemnification Clause

The user undertakes to indemnify webtelligent from all third-party claims, including reasonable or legally stipulated legal defense costs, which are based on a culpable violation of the user's obligations in accordance with Section 2 or the warranty in accordance with Section 3(2). The user supports webtelligent in defending such claims, in particular by providing all information necessary for the defense.

Become TennisTraveller and test one of our tennis hotels

The TennisTraveller sees itself as a “recommendation portal” from tennis players for tennis players. With this basic idea, we approach new hotels ourselves either directly or through your recommendations. And since an on-site hotel test is simply a thousand times more valuable than a glossy brochure with many, many promises, we hope that we will find as many hotels as possible that will take up the challenge of being tested by us and our Tennistraveller .

During the hotel tests you can win a free research stay - usually a weekend. We will inform you about the current TennisTraveller newsletter , the website and all social media channels. You can then apply accordingly and with a little luck, you will be invited by us and the respective hotel.

Of course, you can first and foremost enjoy your TennisTraveller research stay and make intensive use of the tennis courts and the hotel's amenities. But you should also put the hotel through its paces and take photos and videos of the hotel and the surrounding area. We will then give you a questionnaire that you simply fill out openly and honestly. We will then take care of everything else - so the effort for you is minimal.

What gave me the idea to launch the TennisTraveller ?

Well, there are several reasons for this:

• We are a tennis-crazy family that likes to travel.
  On the one hand, I am, as the saying goes, a true “tennis mom” - tennis-crazy in a positive sense. A tennis court is now a must on family vacations with our children. But the fact that we tennis parents don't just have tennis on our minds when we're on holiday, but also just like to eat well and unwind - all of this of course plays an equally important role when choosing a tennis holiday home. And with 5 people there are a lot of wishes...
• Organizing a tennis camp is not always that easy.
  For many years I have been trying to find a nice tennis destination for my husband's men's 40 team to prepare for the season that meets all the needs of young and old. A task that is not always easy. But you can already find some of our previous destinations here - because good research in advance has always led to a wonderful tennis holiday.
• Tennis travel blog on TVPro-online is very well received.
  Together with my husband Matthias, I have been running the tennis tournament portal www.tvpro-online.de . I have also been writing a blog for almost two years - a section deals with tennis trips and tennis hotels. Fortunately, my blog posts in this category are really well received by our readers - a sign to me that there are many TennisTraveller who want to go on a tennis vacation far away from the well-known tennis vacation beaten track.

This is how the idea of TennisTraveller , which isn't just supposed to list tennis hotels one after the other - that already exists. No, we want TennisTraveller into an authentic and honest tennis travel portal that mainly recommends tennis hotels that you TennisTraveller have actually visited and found good.

So a recommendation portal for tennis hotels and tennis camps from the tennis community for the tennis community!

Without any glossy advertising or advertising slogans. With this claim we are launching the TennisTraveller into the world of tennis hotels. And since we (unfortunately) can't always recommend and test the hotels ourselves, we of course depend on your tips.

Now butter the fish - yes, we also take money

In the first step, we start with hotels and destinations that we have traveled to ourselves and that we can recommend with a clear conscience and with joy.

In order for the TennisTraveller to become and remain interesting for you, we need significantly more tennis hotels. And in the future they will pay an annual fee for being allowed to serve on TennisTraveller . That's a fair deal in our opinion.

It is important to us that, in the best case scenario, we get test weekends for new hotels for honest TennisTraveller who love to travel - because this is the only way we can live up to our standards. We'll see if it all works that way. But this is what our plan looks like.
