Terms of use for raffles and competitions by TennisTraveller

The raffles and competitions are carried out by TennisTraveller . Participation in competitions and raffles on and via TennisTraveller is only possible if these conditions of participation are adhered to.

Participation requirements

All adults, legally competent, natural persons and minors with the consent of their legal representatives are fully eligible to participate. Legal recourse is excluded.

The competition/raffle

Participants must meet the conditions listed in the respective raffle or competition entry in order to take part in the draw. The service listed in the entry will be raffled off. The duration of the competition and the time of the raffle will be published in the respective post.

Profit

The winner will be notified via message after the raffle. The prize, if it is a non-cash prize, will be delivered free of charge within 14 days of the winner's response. If the winner does not respond to our message within 3 days, the prize will be forfeited.

If it is a TennisTraveller hotel test stay, a hotel, camp or travel voucher, the winners should contact us within 3 days, otherwise the prize will be forfeited. The same applies if the winner does not make a reservation with the TennisTraveller Hotel within 14 days.

A cash payout of the winnings is under no circumstances possible.

The participants' personal data remains with TennisTraveller and will not be passed on to third parties unless the prize is not dispatched by TennisTraveller . Participation via competition services and participation via automated competition robots is not permitted.

Important to know: The winner allows TennisTraveller to publish his name (if desired in a shortened form, but at least with the first name) on his online media in connection with the prize draw or competition. In addition, the winner allows the publication of images that are directly related to the prize or the hotel test stay. The winner must ensure that the images provided do not infringe the rights of third parties.

Exclusion from participation

The TennisTraveller is entitled to exclude participants from further participation in the prize draw or competition at any time for important reasons. An important reason exists in particular if a participant has provided false personal information when taking part, if he tries to manipulate, disrupt or influence the competition or the proper course of the game or if he threatens or harasses TennisTraveller employees. If the conditions for exclusion are met, winnings can also be subsequently withdrawn and reclaimed.

Early termination of the raffle or competition

TennisTraveller reserves the right to end the competition prematurely before the end of the planned playing period. He will make use of this option in particular if proper execution of the game is no longer guaranteed for technical reasons (e.g. manipulation or errors in the hardware or software) or legal reasons.
