With the experts Frank de Vries and Christian Böhnke you can immerse yourself in the world of the padel. As a proud sports ambassador for Robinson, you will bring you closer to the basics of this fascinating trend sport in this workshop. From basic strokes to special strokes to tactical finesse, you can always learn and experience a lot.
The training is suitable for all play classes, including beginners. Enjoy an hour of intensive training, followed by 30 minutes of match, to apply what you have learned.
Padel has its origins in South America and is one of the most popular sports in Spanish -speaking countries. Padel experiences a real hype worldwide and, as a communicative and entry -friendly sport, is perfect for Robinson. It is usually played in doubles and the counting method is the same as the tennis: the ball can be played as a volley as well as after jumping up or after coming back from the glass wall. It is out when the ball touches a glass wall or a grid.

The classes are classified before training. As a participant, you can simply tell you when registering on site whether you already have pre -experiences with the padel or tennis.

Frank "Frankie" de Vries has been the team boss of the German national pader team since 2019. Under his leadership, the team successfully participated in several European championships. He himself is a top ten player in the German Ü40 ranking and actively takes part in a Spanish seniors tour. Due to a lot of time that he spends in his adopted home, he has the best connections to the European mother country of the paddle sports and he has closest connections to the European (FEPE) and Padel World Association (FIP).
Christian Böhnke is one of the most famous German padel players and currently number two in the German ranking. He has been playing as a player for the German team at European and World Championships for 10 years. In the Bundesliga, he plays for the Cologne series winner TC Weiden. Christian is one of the founders and the managing director of the German Padel brand "Padello".
