Sports holiday tennis camps for kids, teens and adults at the JC Scherrer Tennis Academy in Wangen on Lake Zurich in Switzerland

Around the carnival season you can at Tennis Academy JC Scherrer in two Sports holiday tennis camps from February 24th - 28th or from February 3rd - 7th. March 2025 take your tennis skills to a new level. Swap the carnival costume or skis for the tennis racket! From young to old, from beginners to ambitious tennis players - you've come to the right place at the Tennis Academy! Trains with the former ATP professional and his excellently trained team. Kids and teens of all skill levels aged 5-16 can train for either two or five hours a day in the academy. A special advanced adult camp is offered for adults in the morning or early evening. Training takes place at the Academy's home base Leuholz sports center with four hard courts and four clay courts (covered depending on the weather). You can stay overnight either in a luxurious four-star hotel right on the lake or in one of the cozy guesthouses near the Academy.
Two sporty camp weeks in which you, your kids or you as a tennis family can spend a great tennis holiday!

Your tennis coaches

You will be trained by Jean-Claude Scherrer and his team from the JC Scherrer Tennis Academy . Jean-Claude is a former ATP professional (best ATP ranking singles: 220, doubles: 72) and runs the Tennis Academy on Lake Zurich in Wangen with maximum professionalism and passion. Everyone from young to old, from hobby players to ambitious youth or adult players, feels right at home with him and his team!
And one thing is definitely certain: you will take your tennis skills to a new level at the camp!

Your tennis programs

Separate training is offered during the camp week for both kids & teens and adults. Focused and with lots of variety and fun!

Kids camp

Target group
Kids & Teens between the ages of 5-16
(divided according to age and skill level)

Scope of training :
Daily from Monday - Friday either half day (2 hours) or full day (5 hours)

Training content:

Daily tennis training (technique, matches, understanding of the game)
Strengthening coordination skills
Tennis-related sports such as: badminton, pickelball, street racket, squash possible

Tournament
The final tournament with subsequent award ceremony takes place on the last day of camp. Children who train half-day can also register for the tournament by email for an additional charge of CHF 49.

CHF 679 (all day from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. including lunch)
CHF 329,- (half day from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.)

Incl. Academy shirt, camp diploma and great prizes and medals.

Adult camp

Target group:
intermediate to advanced plus. Classification is based on skill level.

Scope of training :
Daily from Monday to Friday 2 hours each either from 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. or 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Individual days can also be booked.

CHF 390,- (Monday - Friday 2 hours of training daily)
CHF 90 per day for 2 hours

There are various options available to you for your overnight stay, from a chic four-star hotel directly on Lake Zurich to a cozy guesthouse. The Tennis Academy will be happy to help you find accommodation.
