The training takes place on up to three tennis courts, with 2-3 people per place. David actively trains with the participants in one place, and the playful Aldiana coach on the other. After 30 or 45 minutes, the space is changed.
It is 90 minutes in the morning or in the afternoon . The training groups are formed exclusively with homogeneous play strength. For children and adolescents, an age -appropriate program is offered in separate groups.
You can also book individual lessons with the Aldiana trainers.
