Camp schedule and facts

• Several course (90 minutes each): group training (max. 4 people) in the areas of technology and tactics, specific conditioning and coordination training, tennis-specific functional gymnastics.
• Weekly program:
  • Day 1: Arrival and greeting
  • Day 2: import, grouping, training
  • Day 3+4: Training
  • Day 5: Regeneration Day
  • Day 6+7: Training
  • Day 8: Departure
• Pitches with quartz sand surfaces.
• Performance level : at least 5 years of team player experience with point games or tournaments
• Participant age : at least 16 years
• Number of participants : at least 3, maximum 16
