The family-run Hotel & Spa Sonne is located directly on the water on the western shore of Lake Klopein. With the Sonne See-Bad , the hotel's three bathing jetties and the hotel right on the water and the large lawn for sunbathing, you can enjoy the lake directly and in a very special way. The Hotel & Spa Sonne has its name for a reason. You don't just feel and see this outside the hotel: the sun also brings in a lot of light in the 88 rooms and 6 apartments and makes you shine. All rooms are spacious and bright and friendly furnished. Of course, the rooms with a balcony facing the lake are absolutely recommended. For families there are six great apartments with separate children's rooms. But double rooms with connecting doors are also ideal for a family tennis holiday. Since 2023, 15 new rooms and apartments have offered even more comfort. Large glass fronts, bright, high-quality furniture, oiled wooden floors, simple style and their modern flair make the holiday even more impressive.

The hotel's four clay courts are just a 10-minute walk (1 km) from the hotel. Alternatively, you can grab one of the hotel bikes and cycle to the tennis courts. Use of the tennis courts is free of charge . Tennis training can be booked with an external trainer upon request and subject to availability. Individual, group and also special children's training are possible.
