The hotel, located in a wonderful panoramic location, is surrounded by a beautiful, park-like garden where you can discover a variety of rare trees and flowers. The romantic garden is a beautiful contrast to the modern architecture of the hotel, which is very straight and puristic, both in the main building and in the new villa. The modern, cozy and spacious 50 hotel rooms and suites are located in both the main building and the villa. A modern, comfortable and cozy mix awaits you when it comes to furnishings. Nothing fancy, just straight forward. And the rooms with panoramic windows are really fantastic!
tennis There are two sand courts directly at the hotel, which can be used free of charge (1 hour a day per person) - surrounded by the green hotel park and with a panorama of Merano and the surrounding mountains. Tennis training is offered by certified PTR tennis instructors - for all levels and all ages. You can choose between individual lessons or group courses from Monday to Friday with different levels of intensity. Should the weather ever be bad, there is a 2-field granulate hall a short distance away.
More sports offeringsSouth Tyrol and especially Meraner Land is a paradise for active TennisTraveller . Take a leisurely hike on one of the many whale trails or scramble in the mountains. Landlord Hans Inderst even offers special cultural hikes - something very special. Cycling gets its money's worth here, whether casually on a leisure bike, a racing bike or a mountain bike. Mountain bikes can be rented free of charge and e-bikes can be rented directly at the hotel for a fee. Golfers can tee off at the 9-hole golf course in Lana or at one of the numerous other golf courses - with special discounts. Incidentally, the host, Hans Inderst, was the initiator of the construction of the Lana Golf Club and is considered a golf pioneer. The modern fitness room in the hotel rounds off the sports offerings, along with gymnastics and water aerobics sessions as well as yoga classes that take place from Monday to Saturday.
WellnessThe 1000 m 2 wellness area with six different saunas invites you to relax. The sauna lounge with two saunas with panoramic views is a dream. You can sweat more or less hot in the herbal and organic sauna, in the steam bath or in the infrared cabin. You can cool off in the indoor swimming pool or the beautiful outdoor swimming pool . There are wonderful lounging areas inside and outside, both with a wonderful mountain panorama. At Beauty Marlen you can let yourself be completely pampered - be it with a massage, a beauty or wellness treatment. The "spa menu" knows no limits.
CateringWhen it comes to culinary delights, Marlena leaves nothing to be desired: start your tennis day with a great and extensive breakfast buffet. If you're feeling a little hungry in between, you can choose light, regional dishes from the à la carte menu (for a fee) at lunchtime or treat yourself to a coffee in the afternoon. You can experience the culinary highlight in the evening at the gourmet guesthouse with a 5-course gourmet menu of your choice. Special highlights are the outdoor barbecue evenings, the tasting evenings with wine tasting and the sophisticated alkaline fasting gourmet menus. In summer you can even enjoy the evenings on the wonderful panoramic terrace . Otherwise you sit in one of the restaurant rooms - either traditional or modern. The lounge and bar invite you to have a drink or two.

Culture, shopping and lots of active programs in Merano and Environment. To be honest, we don't really know what excursion options we should recommend to you - the range on offer in Merano and Environment is simply too large! For shopping and strolling you definitely have to go to Merano and Bolzano . You will also find numerous palaces and castles: Trautmannsdorf Castle near Merano and its gardens should not be missing from the excursion program. Castle or the princely castle in Meran are worth seeing. Or you can visit one of the Messmer Mountain museums . The many whale paths around Meran invite you to take a leisurely walk or a longer hike and are particularly great in spring, when there is often still snow on top of the mountains. Of course, wine lovers are attracted by the many wineries in the direction of Lake Kaltern. There is so much to see and discover. The reception team will give you the best advice here.
