The Hotel Residence La Partica is located high up in Tremosine sul Garda in the “pond” of Vesio on a beautiful plateau. It is absolutely quiet here, you are away from the hustle and bustle of Lake Garda and can enjoy the wonderful nature all around. The 3-star facility is run by the very friendly Marini family. A young family that develops the residence year after year with a lot of passion and drive. And they do it really well! The total of 53 apartments and hotel rooms are arranged around a beautiful garden with a pool (unheated). The apartments on the ground floor have a large terrace, the apartments on the first floor have a terrace with stairs that lead directly to the garden. They are functional and brightly furnished, immaculately clean and can accommodate two to a maximum of seven people. Always with you: a small kitchenette, which is particularly practical for families. The “hotel wing” is directly next to the tennis courts and about 300m from the main building. The hotel rooms are all designed as double rooms with a maximum of one extra bed, are very clean and have a spacious bathroom. From the balcony you have a beautiful view of the Tremonsine plateau, a view of the greenery.

 Tennis and other sports

The three clay courts are right next to the hotel and are always kept in good condition. The view of the surrounding mountains and nature is really wonderful and will certainly motivate you even more. Rackets and balls can be borrowed. Training sessions can also be organized if required.

In addition to the tennis courts, you can be active right in the residence: whether in the large indoor pool, in the beautifully landscaped outdoor pool embedded in a beautiful garden or in the fitness room  with treadmill, cross trainer, ergometer and various weight machines. Joggers and Nordic walkers will get their money's worth on signposted routes around the facility. Of course, a mountain bike tour in this area is always worthwhile: rent a mountain bike with or without a "motor" from the Rent Bike Point and cycle off on your own or as part of a tour.

For après sports, there is a table tennis table, a pool table and a small table football table in a large room in the basement - great fun, especially for children!

 Wellness

A large indoor swimming pool is a great change not only for the children in cool weather. There is a small sauna right next to the indoor pool. Everything is very clean and great for regeneration after a strenuous day of training. The soothing warmth of the sauna

 Catering

In principle, self-catering is possible in the apartments . However, it is also possible to book

breakfast or half board The breakfast is very extensive by Italian standards - from scrambled eggs to a muesli bar to different rolls and types of bread. Dinner (starter, main course and dessert) is chosen at breakfast. Overall the food is delicious and typically Italian. The very friendly staff always respond to individual meal requests. A salad buffet and ice cream for the children are offered daily. If you feel a little hungry at lunchtime or in between, you can order delicious salads, various ciabatta or pizzas from the menu during the day. The restaurant is brightly decorated and the beautiful outside terrace is wonderful! And of course the bar is open all day and in the evening.

 Vicinity

Mountain biking, trekking or climbing - you can set off directly from the complex.
SCOTT mountain bikes (including eBikes) can be rented directly from the hotel. If you don't want to go alone, you can join a guided tour. The same applies to the climbing and trekking tours with the brilliant guides from Tremosine Trekking Experience. And if you like being on the water, you will find the best conditions for windsurfing, kayaking or stand-up paddling .
There are also numerous golf courses in the area. Of course you just have to take a stroll in the beautiful little towns like Limone, Riva and Malcesine, visit the weekly market and enjoy the dolce vita with a cappuccino.
