One doesn't work without the other to make it perfect. Actively strenuous and calm regeneration - it's the mix that makes a tennis holiday

A relaxing tennis holiday should always have a nice balance between active and strenuous as well as calm and regenerative sessions : active on the tennis court during training or a match, during fitness training or during another sports program.

You should relax after exertion in the sauna, with a casual swim in the pool or with one or two wellness treatments. So your tired legs, aching back or other aches and pains will at best be completely gone the next day, or at least significantly reduced.
