New Year's tennis camp from January 3rd to 6th, 2020 at the PMTR Tennis Academy in Mülheim
Would you like to improve your tennis game and fitness during the Christmas holidays? Do you play tennis with a lot of fun and passion and are you between 4 and 18 years old? Then you've come to the right place at the PMTR Tennis Academy's holiday tennis camp in Mülheim an der Ruhr from January 3rd to 6th, 2020. Under the direction of Uwe Schumann, the professional academy offers camps for all age groups and skill levels: from small-court tennis to competitive and tournament tennis.
The PMTR Tennis Academy has been a performance-oriented tennis academy in the heart of the Ruhr area for more than 15 years under the direction of Uwe Schumann.
Since it was founded, it has developed into one of the leading academies far beyond the borders of North Rhine-Westphalia. She looks after around 250 players. The recipe for success is the holistic development concept that leads from toddler tennis from the age of 4 in the self-developed SIT children's tennis area through the PMTR performance area to high-performance tennis. In addition, the PMTR Academy organizes tournaments for all age groups all year round.
Camp routine
The holistic concept is reflected not only in the training area, but also in the tennis camps, which are offered during all school holidays all year round.
Depending on age, the camp day consists of 4 hours for the minis or 5 hours for the team and tournament players. The structured camp day starts in the morning with a warm-up and tactical training. After a supervised lunch break with lunch, the afternoon includes service training, game opening and tactical match training as well as running out and regeneration.
Small lectures (especially in the performance area) on the topics of mental aspects of tennis, nutrition, training and tournament planning, annual planning (competitive players) and regeneration round off the program.
