Padel has its origins in South America and is one of the most popular sports in Spanish-speaking countries. Padel is experiencing a real hype worldwide and, as a communicative and beginner-friendly sport, is perfect for an active vacation.
The game is always played in doubles and the counting method is identical to that in tennis. The ball can be played as a volley, as well as after bouncing or coming back from the glass wall. It's off when the ball directly touches a glass wall. Get to know the basics of this trend sport up close. Basic strokes, rules and initial tactical finesse are the focus.
Yannik Mann is one of the best padel trainers from Germany. He is Head Coach of Hello Padel. He doesn't have his nickname “The Padel Man” for nothing. Yannik trained our department heads during tennis qualification and is responsible for the padel trainer licensing process.
