Enjoy your vacation time with your favorite sport and give your body a regeneration phase at the same time. This combination makes the TENNIS & WELLNESS package at the Albena Resort possible.

Your tennis program

Depending on their skill level, the participants are supervised by a trainer in groups of four. We spend 1.5 hours a day on court actively working on the technical execution of shots, tactical game design, mental control and maintaining one's own physical strength.

Each day of the week is dedicated to a theme:

• Monday: Service & Return
• Tuesday: Classic forehand and backhand game, static and moving shots, final shot from the different court zones
• Wednesday: Volley and smash, flying ball strikes;
• Thursday: Play from the baseline, long-play variations and their use;
• Friday: Play at net, short play, stop, lob, tweener.

Our established TENNIS OFFENSIVE training program guarantees progress on the court. The accompanying wellness package creates the balance between exertion and relaxation. This combination is offered weekly from June 1st, 2024 to August 31st, 2024.

Accompanying wellness program

5-day tennis vitality physiotherapy program with a total of 20 application units (4 x per day) after an initial medical examination:

• 5x healing mud / fango paraffin, 25 min each.
• 5x mineral water baths, 15 minutes each.
• 5x physiotherapy with equipment, 15 minutes each.
• 5x partial massage/hydrojet, 15 min each.

Participants in the Tennis & Wellness program can book themselves into one of the beautiful and exclusive beach and resort hotels. Choose the type of catering that suits you.

Exclusively for TennisTraveller

Visitors take part in a half-day trip to the Albena eco-farm . The orchards that were planted to supply the resort are visited. The guided tour ends with a wine tasting in our own winery.

The open day in Medica Albena can also be taken advantage of. The resort's own clinic is one of the leading sports rehabilitation centers on the Balkan Peninsula.
