The fitness area with its 610 m ² leaves almost nothing to be desired. No matter whether you train alone on one of the machines (ergometers, cross trainers, treadmills, etc.) or take part in one of the 30 courses - you'll definitely work up a sweat here.

There are countless opportunities to be active around the hotel: the Burg Overbach golf course is only three kilometers away, and numerous cycling, hiking, jogging and Nordic walking routes start directly at the hotel. E-bikes can be rented at the hotel for a fee. The hotel's own beach volleyball court also provides variety.

In the Kranichnest Spa many opportunities to recover and relax on almost 500 m ² You can let the water carry you around in the indoor swimming pool before heading to the sauna area to sweat.
