Surprised and very pleased - that was Papa Thomas this morning when we told him the good news that he or one of his boys was our winner of the PMTR and Hotel Kocks . Dealing with criticism - this is an equally sensitive and important topic for us tennis players on and of course off the tennis court. And an equally important topic for our TennisTravellerhoteliers and camp organizers. Due to current events, I would like to briefly report today on what I consider to be an exemplary response by a tennis camp organizer to negative criticism.
At Easter I was in South Tyrol with our family to prepare for the season. While part of the family was sweating at the tennis camp with the European Tennis Academy in Naturns, I visited some of our TennisTraveller hotels. After all, personal contact with our TennisTraveller hotels is very important and we try to maintain this as best we can and as time allows. And of course there is always something going on in the hotels!
