Tennis-only program for adultsTarget group : The highly intensive program for all adults who really want to get started.
A typical day includes breakfast, course check-in, followed by dynamic movement and stretching, Pro's Tip of the Day, followed by the morning session, lunch, an afternoon session and an optional event of the day.

The program can be booked daily, per week or over an individual period. Half-day programs are also possible - here the training time is halved.
