Dealing with criticism - this is an equally sensitive and important topic for us tennis players on and of course off the tennis court. And an equally important topic for our TennisTravellerhoteliers and camp organizers. Due to current events, I would like to briefly report today on what I consider to be an exemplary response by a tennis camp organizer to negative criticism.
At Easter I was in South Tyrol with our family to prepare for the season. While part of the family was sweating at the tennis camp with the European Tennis Academy in Naturns, I visited some of our TennisTraveller hotels. After all, personal contact with our TennisTraveller hotels is very important and we try to maintain this as best we can and as time allows. And of course there is always something going on in the hotels!
"I can hardly believe it!!!!" - that was Nicola's reaction to our news that she was the winner of the active weekend at the TennisTraveller -Hotel ROYAL-X on Lake Millstätter See in Carinthia. She will certainly spend a great weekend in Carinthia with her husband and son. In a positive sense, Nicola's whole family is crazy about tennis - including herself.
Fifth and last day of training in the tennis camp of the European Tennis Academy Naturns in South Tyrol. What about the early bird? The kids didn't catch the worm this morning at 8:30 a.m. - but they learned a lot about tactical moves in individual games . And bravely and full of motivation, we braved the cold and tiredness in the early morning!
Under sunny skies, we went to the courts in Naturns at 10 a.m. on day 4 - with coach Joe from the European Tennis Academy .
