• 4 eggs
• 1 pinch of salt
• 200g powdered sugar
• 200g butter
• 1-2 tsp vanilla sugar
• 125 ml eggnog
• 250g plain wheat flour
• 2 teaspoons of baking soda

For the glaze: eggnog or whiskey and powdered sugar
For the icing : powdered sugar and 1 tablespoon egg
white Rose sugar for sprinkling
