"We would have packed by now!" - with these words, Mama Ayleen sent me the beautiful picture of her son Jonas. Ayleen took part in our PMTR competition and can now participate with her son at the beginning of the new year from 3rd to 6th. January 2020 to the 4-day tennis camp at the PMTR Tennis Academy in Mülheim an der Ruhr. The joy was particularly great because not only the tennis camp, but also 4 nights at the B&B Hotel Mülheim an der Ruhr were included in the prize. "Thank you very much for the great early Christmas present!!! WE are happy about the amazing package! Great to start the new tennis year in 2020 in this way." We wish tennis talent Jonas and his mom a lot of joy and great tennis camp days in the Ruhr area!
"You can't imagine how happy I am about winning, I'm overwhelmed with joy!" - that was Mario's reaction when we informed him in April that he was our ROBINSON club and camp tester for the ROBINSON Club Sarigerme Park on the Turkish Aegean. From October 25th to November 1st, 2019 Mario finally went to Turkey. In addition to a full week of all-inclusive accommodation made by ROBINSON, a tennis camp awaited him with ROBINSON brand ambassador and top tennis expert Nicolas Kiefer . The Koblenz Open is Germany's largest men's indoor tennis tournament and will be held for the fourth time in 2020 as part of the ATP Challenger Tour . Tournament director Heiko Hampel is already in the middle of preparing for the tournament from 17th to 23rd. February 2020 in the Koblenz CGM Arena tournament and is motivated to the tips of his hair. Not only that, almost 10,000 spectators attended the Challenger event in the 46,600 category in 2019. The newly launched Tennis Expo should also be a very special tournament highlight. We are pleased to be able to serve as a tournament partner and tennis expo exhibitor!

Yesterday's lucky draw drew a very special travel scout: Nora, a former professional tennis player, is our Play&Relax travel scout for the Tennis Hotel Prokulus and can look forward to a wonderful short vacation in Naturns in South Tyrol in November. How will she like the hotel and of course the training sessions with the European Tennis Academy ? We're really looking forward to that. Our travel scout Amrei was spoiled for choice in February: as our Mediterranean travel scout, she was allowed to choose between a week at the Ali Bey Resort in Turkey or at the tennis hotel Bluesun Grand Hotel Elaphusa on the island of Brač in Croatia. Both wonderful destinations from Patricio Travel , which made this Travelscout raffle possible for us. Amrei was in Croatia with her tennis friend Nadine in the summer and sent us a nice travel report with great photos. Just let yourself be kidnapped for a moment...
PTR tennis coach symposium with parent seminar took place in Reutte on September 28, 2019 . A great event with inspiring speakers, interesting topics and a wonderful supporting program at the LechLife tennis hotel . In short, an extremely good event that host Andreas Gerstgrasser from the Pro Tennis School in Reutte and his team put together. I'm more than happy to tell you TennisTraveller n about my short trip to Tyrol.
Anyone who comes up with the idea of going on the professional tennis tour again at the age of almost 40 is either in the middle of a mid-life crisis or wants to fulfill a (lifetime) dream that at first glance seems completely absurd. It was probably a mixture of both that motivated Felix Hutt to hunt for a world ranking point in 2018. To be ranked in the ATP men’s world rankings – that was his dream.
Off to the Ruhr area - that was our tennis family's plan. A week of tournament travel in and around Mülheim, visit to the PMTR Tennis Academy , the ATP Challenger tournament in Meerbusch , participation in the tournament with our cooperation partner ie tennis management and a stay at the TennisTraveller Hotel Kocks am mühlenberg . So in mid-August we drove halfway through Germany with a fully packed car and three motivated tennis kids.
