Get prepared recipe: Coconut granola gets you ready for your tennis match
A delicious muesli is always something delicious and an ideal tennis food BEFORE a training session or tennis match. Everyone likes it crunchy, refined with yoghurt or milk and fresh fruit. Even if you travel a lot, this kind of muesli can be cleverly taken with you - even to a tournament. coconut granola recipe for you with which you can prepare your own muesli really quickly and easily - then you'll know what's in it and avoid some of the sugar bombs on the supermarket shelf. Ingredients for approx. 1200 grams of muesli
- 70 gr. sesame
- 70 gr. pumpkin seeds
- 70 gr. sunflower seeds
- 200 gr. tender oat flakes
- 200 gr. wholesome oat flakes
- 150 gr. hazelnuts (roasted and peeled)
- 100 gr. coconut chips
- 5 gr. cinnamon
- 110 g agave syrup
- 60 gr. maple syrup
- 2 gr. salt
- 110 gr. olive oil
- 2 gr. vanilla
preparation
- Cover pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds and sesame seeds in a bowl with water, stir and let stand.
- Mix the oats, hazelnuts, coconut and cinnamon in a large bowl.
- Heat agave syrup, maple syrup and salt in a small saucepan over medium heat. Stir until small bubbles form, then remove from heat and add olive oil and vanilla, stir.
- Place the grain mixture in a sieve, wash and drain well. Add to the oatmeal mixture, then add the olive oil mixture and mix everything well.
- Place on two baking trays lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 150 °C (top and bottom heat) for about 1 hour. Stir every 20 minutes and change the trays if necessary.
Tips
This goes well with fruit, milk, yoghurt or coconut milk (or a mixture of both) and, if you like, dried fruit such as figs, dates, cranberries, etc. Of course, you can also leave out the coconut or use other nuts - here your creativity and taste are not limited to your culinary taste Limit set! Just change it every now and then, then it won't get boring and it will taste a little different again.
The granola will keep for several weeks. It is important that it is packaged and stored in an airtight manner.
