Because tennis players are faced with a number of different demands. We should be athletic and flexible, have strength and power, mentally stable and have a high level of concentration. Quite a lot at once, right? Especially when we are under a lot of demands in everyday professional and family life, it is really difficult in some phases not to lose our healthy spirit. That's why it's so fundamentally important that we give ourselves time and space to regenerate . Because then we recharge all our reserves, are more successful on the tennis court and have more energy. Great tennis before the big rain. The individual final of the first Saturn Oil Open was moved forward one hour to 1 p.m. due to the critical weather forecast. In June, two international UTR Pro Tennis Tour tournaments will take place at the PMTR/KHTC Mülheim facility on Mintarder Straße: from Monday, June 13th. – Sun. June 19th a women's and from Sun. June 26th. – Sun. 03.07. a men's tournament. Since mid-2021, the PMTR Tennis Academy in Mülheim an der Ruhr has been the German partner of the UTR International Pro Tennis Tour (PTT) as part of its European expansion. This is an international tournament series of Universal Tennis from the USA.
From Sunday, May 22nd, 2022 the time has finally come: the first Saturn Oil Open , ATP Tennis an Rhein & Sieg will open in Troisdorf. After the big ATP tour event in Halle (formerly the Gerry Weber Open), the Saturn Oil Open will be another tennis highlight in North Rhine-Westphalia. The winner of the event receives 80 ATP points for the world rankings, and a total of around 55,000 US dollars in prize money will be distributed. There is also the newly launched B&B Hotels Tennis Trophy.

When it Kirschbaum International again May 1st to May 8th, 2022 , then the tennis stars will be playing Tomorrow. The ITF World Tour is mainly played by young talents and up-and-coming talents who are on the verge of making it to the big ATP tour. In the main field of 32, at least three German tennis professionals will be at the start at the Kirschbaum International: Louis Wessels (ATP 347), Tim Handel (ATP 548) and Dominik Böhler (ATP 645). Other German participants include Oscar Moraing, Robert Strombachs, Leopold Zima, Milan Welte and the youngster Max Rehberg. The main field includes participants from nine European countries such as Germany, France, Switzerland, Romania, Sweden, Czech Republic, Belgium, Italy, Portugal and Spain. Russian-born Ivan Nedelko competes under a neutral flag.

What takes a long time... - turned out to be a great tennis weekend at the Tennishotel Stanglwirt .
